New Year's resolutions may have fallen by the wayside, but you can still get on track. Every weekend in February and March, Athleta in The Grove is offering free workout classes.
Cave CrossFit is hosting a free Crossfit Boot Camp and Holistic Nutrition Workshop in conjunction with Athleta every Saturday for the next seven weeks. Just bring a yoga mat. The session starts at 9 a.m. and lasts one full hour. You've already missed Cave CrossFit's first class, so mark your calendar to attend Feb. 16 (CrossFit Boot Camp), Feb. 23 (Yoga and Holistic Nutrition), March 2 (CrossFit Boot Camp), March 9 (CrossFit Boot Camp and Holistic Nutrition), March 16 (CrossFit Boot Camp), March 23 (CrossFit Boot Camp and Holistic Nutrition), and March 30 (CrossFit Boot Camp Finale). Their encouraging approach is designed to build a better you inside and out.
City Yoga will continue to offer a 1-hour free Hatha yoga session at 9 a.m. every Sunday in February at Athleta. Their approach leaves judgement, elitism, and dogma at the door. Tweak your mind, body, and spirit with asanas mixed with breathing techniques and meditation.
