Kyinda Yanko has created a unique system of physical/spiritual expression with a flowing movement that incorporates intention, breath, energy manipulation, yoga and an esoteric Qi Gong practice.

Kennedy Yanko's Hun-Yuan Taichi pose
From a centered grounding, Kyinda Kennedy transforms advanced yet ancient philosophical ideas and universal consciousness theories into attainable, practical realities. By marrying the pathways of ancient Qi Gong practices and vital Qi meridians, focused intention/affirmation, and the healing disciplines of yoga, she captures their similarities as well as their unique attributes to create a whole that is greater than the sum of its parts, resulting in renewed physical/mental health, balance, enhanced vitality and an expansion of spiritual consciousness and currently teaching workshops internationally.
Recently, she co-authored an article titled Experience The Qi: Buddha Palm Qigong with Sifu Meehan. It was published in the Spring Issue of Qi, the Journal of Traditional Eastern Health & Fitness, as one of the cover stories of the Issue.
To share her knowledge and passion with others, this global trotting artist is offering a FREE workshop in St. Louis, Missouri, this Saturday before she leaves for New York City on Sunday. The goal of this workshop is to provide a unique experience to participants by provoking body and breathing awareness, allowing oneself to feel free by LETTING GO.
