The event, set for 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, October 12, will take place outdoors under tents with the backdrop of the Shawangunk Mountains’ fall foliage.
The Hudson Valley wineries and distilleries that will be offering complimentary tastings at the event include:

Admission is free, and visitors will be able to try free culinary samples from such local producers as Brykill Farm, Krause Chocolates, and Luna Grown Jams, special deals on purchases, prizes, and more.
The event is a joint effort of Hudson Valley Wine Magazine and Hudson Valley Wine Market, and will help mark the magazine’s fifth anniversary. Gifts to be raffled during the event include an overnight stay courtesy of the Hampton Inn Middletown and two tickets to the Shawangunk Wine Trail’s Wreath Fineries event, among others. A portion of wine sales will benefit Scenic Hudson, a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting and restoring the Hudson River and the Hudson River Valley.
