Currently at Walgreens or Walgreens.com, you can purchase vitamins and then submit a rebate and get them for FREE. If you choose to order from Walgreens.com, which is what I did, shipping will be free on orders $25+.
You can go through cash back websites, like Ebates (http://www.ebates.com/rf.do?referrerid=Oh%2FXUkEt59FSzAEbp5EcKw%3D%3D) and get 3.5% back, along with a $10 gift card if you're a new member!

The rebate form can be found at www.WalgreensRebates.com. You will have to wait until your order arrives, or if you go and buy them in person you can do the form when you get home.
The form also has an option to recieve an extra 10% bonus if you choose a Walgreens rebates card.
