The Saint Augustine Tea Party meets bi monthly at the Village Inn on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month. It has been doing this for the past three years. The purpose of the meetings is to encourage the public to get involved with the issues that face our nation. “It is time for the people of this nation to stand up and get involved,” according to SATP Media Chairman Dave Heimbold. The Tea Party provides speakers on a variety of subjects for its open meetings. The Public is invited free of charge.
Keith Dunn, Field Coordinator of the John Birch Society, will be speaking at the Saint Augustine Tea Party, on Tuesday, August 27th, at the Village Inn.
According to Mr. Dunn, the term "free trade" is often used these days in multinational agreements, although such arrangements do not eliminate government involvement in trade, but create multinational entities to regulate it.
Mr. Dunn will discuss the John Birch Society's "Choose Freedom - STOP the Free Trade Agenda" action project and how the deceptive "free trade" agenda is threatening our national independence, our personal freedoms, and our jobs.
The John Birth Society's mission statement is: Less government, more responsibility, and - with God's help - a better world.
The meeting begins at 6:30pm, August, 27th at the Village Inn, 900 N Ponce de Leon Blvd, St. Augustine, Florida.
