Chicago offers tons of free events all summer long. Check out Chicago Events to find gatherings for food, art, music, marathons, parades and more!
Whether it's Chicago Gospel Music Festival, Edgewater Arts Festival, Chinatown Summer Fair, the Air and Water Show or much more, there's a free festival for you. Check out an extensive list of festivals from May to September.
If you live in Chicago, Aurora or anywhere in between chances are your local library and park districts offer free summer events for both children and adults. Look into your park district's calendar to find free concerts, fitness classes and more. For example, Chicago Park District shows movies in various parks around the city. Grab you're picnic basket and blanket to enjoy a free movie under the stars.
Chicago has some amazing museums like the Museum of Science and Industry, the Adler Planetarium, Chicago History Museum and more. Check out a list of dates and times where entry to the museums are totally free!
