Free StretchBall classes are being offered in Redondo Beach throughout January.

StretchBall is the latest technique in non-stretching and relaxation currently being used by the NBA, NFL and NHL, as well as Olympic athletes.

It provides the stretch of yoga, the relaxation of massage and reduces tension instantly.

StretchBall is easy to use, the results are quick, classes are short and you’ll leave feeling long, lean, open and energized.

It’s the perfect complement to any workout including yoga, Pilates, biking, volleyball, tennis skiing, etc.

Free classes will take place on Saturday, January 18 and 25 from 9 to 9:30 a.m. and Sunday, January 19 and 26 from 10 to 10:30 a.m.

The classes take place at Manual Therapeutics located at 2009 Artesia Boulevard, Suite B (just east of Green, across the street from STATS Studio).

Get on the ball and feel great.

RSVP is suggested, as space is limited.

The first class FREE – regular StretchBall classes are $10.
