Saint Paul offers a free support group for adults involved in the lives of someone living with ADHD. ADHD is often a misunderstood illness and it is beneficial that the city of St. Paul has a group to help support any interested adult. The group meets on the second Monday of the month, at the District Education Center at 2520 East 12th Avenue in North St. Paul, from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. However, you do not need to live in a particular district to attend the support group. The group provides limited and low cost childcare (1 week reservation required). The support group is drop-in, informal, and the format may include lectures, discussion, and attendee sharing. For further information, call Sarah Lilja, 651-748-7585.
Upcoming meeting dates: Monday nights – 9/13, 10/11, 11/8, 12/13, 1/10, 2/14, 3/7, 4/11. The cost of childcare is charged at a rate $2 per child for each meeting you attend. Please call 651-748-7280 to pre-register for childcare; pre-registration is not required for the meeting.
