Right to Free Speech Symbol
Apparently there are still some Americans who believe in First Amendment Rights and are taking action against the Obama administration for violating the right to free speech with no interference from the government.
It may take a lawsuit to make the White House realize that not only are there "Watchdogs" scrutinizing their every attempt to circumvent the Constitution and Bill of Rights, they are also willing to challenge Obama in a court of law.
Obama appears to have forgotten that Americans have
The right, guaranteed by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution, tocommunicate ideas and opinions without government intervention
Now attention is once again being focused on the White House for wrongfully collecting information and violating First Amendment Rights when it implemented the "snitch" program, encouraging Americans to spy and report on anyone who disagreed with ObamaCare and government controlled health care.
The groups are:
- The Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS), a non-partisan professional association of physician
- The Coalition for Urban Renewal and Education (CURE) a social policy think tank
They have accused the White House of trying to chill free speech.
The suit is demanding that the Obama administration expunge all names and identifying information already collected and be prohibited from collecting personal data in the future.
As the lawsuit goes through the courts, it will serve as a reminder of the attempt made by the White House to unlawfully collect information on political speech.. According to the law suit,
"the illegal spying program still exists and is part of an unlawful pattern and practice to collect and maintain information on the exercise of free speech, which continues in violation of the Privacy Act and First Amendment....
While the Obama government may not respect the right to free speech, fortunately, for other Americans, it remains alive and well protected by those who cherish it.

The liberal judicial system will allow any and all civil rights abuses committed by this administration. Conservatives have no outlet as the judiciary, media, academia and press are all puppets of the libs. This lack of recourse is what may spark the second american revolution. Desperate times, desperate folks without an outlet lead to desperate measures.

It is sad, Walrus has just given the list of topics from our annual meeting. Every single topic is about liberty and freedom, and that makes us "FAR from being non-partisan". I would like to know how liberty and freedom are a partisan issue. Also, perhaps Walrus could explain which party is for liberty and freedom and which party is against liberty and freedom.
