Getting a small business started takes tremendous time and energy. The research on products, prices, taxes, and marketing, consume most of entrepreneur’s resources. All of these tasks pile up until there is an overwhelming mountain of unanswered questions.
Good news, there are many services out there which offer advice for small business owners. Columbus State University, in Columbus, GA offers such services, free of charge. Located in the Cunningham Center on CSU’s main campus the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is ready to help anyone interested in starting a business. This program is a part of the University of Georgia’s Business Department and has multiple resources to get you started.
The SBDC provides one-on-one counseling sessions to answer any questions you might have about starting a business. Their counselors will aid in focusing your business’s services and goals.
