Listen up for some free live alternative music when the second installment of Rockstars & Pinups jams the stage this coming Monday, February 13, 2012, at the Roxy Theatre. This unique multi-media event, created by Evolove's lead singer, Lucy Levinsohn, focuses on the hottest music, entertainment, fashion and performance art that is sizzling in L.A. Doors open at 7PM, and all ages are welcome.
Pop-core alt rockers, Evolove, headline the extravaganza. Their new CD, Acoustic Sessions Vol. 1 is slated for a digital release March 13th, but you can check out one of their new songs, Pieces, on YouTube here.
Rounding out the second chapter of ready-made pinups and dashing rockstars are Neo Geo, led by singer Rainy Terrell, dirty gutter-glam band ModelSaint, fronted by Skyla Talon, the synthpop rock group, iNK, and hard rock alt band Blameshift. A special performance by the sexy Miss Dakota and the Burlesque All Stars caps off the show.
