Take the kids to enjoy an afternoon full of music and fresh air as Radio Disney and Upromise present 12 year old Coco Jones and 18 year old Savannah Outen on Saturday, April 30th. The pre-party gets going with the Radio Disney Boston Road Crew at 12pm and will keep the kiddies happy playing games and winning prizes until the show starts at 2pm. It all takes place at DCR's Artesani Park in Brighton, MA.

Coco Jones is the daughter of former New England Patriot, Mike Jones.  She is a 2010 Finalist in Radio Disney's Next Big Thing talent competition.

Savannah Outen appears on three Disney soundtracks, Radio Disney Jams, Vol. 11, DisneyMania 7, and Tinker Bell and the Lost Treasure.
