FREE pizza at the new Pizza Persona Chicago

What can you tell about a person by his or her pizza choices? If you ask me, a lot.

If it's strictly cheese, s/he is under 12 years old or still has the palate of a toddler in an adult body - you have been warned. If said person has moved up to say, a Margherita  pizza - there is hope! An everything-on-it guy can be: a) hungover; b) on his way to an ulcer; or c) a true bon vivant.

A great place to gauge one's "pizzanality" is Pizza Persona, a new fast-casual pizza joint with a completely customizable concept. For those who find the choices mind-boggling, they may choose from a variety of pre-conceived pizzas off of the "pick-a-persona" menu.On Sunday, December 11th, come in and get a FREE pizza - all day, between 11am and 10pm.

Will you order the Yuppie, topped with spicy Thai, low fat mozzarella, corn, carrots, white onions, cilantro and grilled chicken? Associating yourself with the Hipster will get you a pizza covered in pesto (instead of traditional pizza sauce) and topped with low fat mozzarella, spinach, mushrooms, banana peppers and garlic. Indulge in the Meathead, a pizza spread with traditional sauce, mozzarella, sausage, bacon and pepperoni. A personal pizza is just $6.

When creating your own personal ten inch pizza, just move down the ingredients line and select one of three dough choices, seven kinds of sauces, six different cheese options and a wide variety of fresh vegetable and meat toppings. Think of it as a "Subway" for 'za. Calzones, bread bowl salads and dessert pizza are also available.
