Free Pizzas To Be Given Away From 11am – 7pm on Black Friday, November 29

Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza is celebrating the opening of its newest location in Novi, Michigan by offering FREE custom-built artisanal pizzas to Black Friday deal seekers who visit the restaurant between 11:00am and 7:00pm on Friday, November 29. Blaze’s Novi restaurant, which is set to open this Tuesday, November 26, is located at 26401 Novi Rd., across from Novi Town Center.

Blaze Pizza uses an interactive ordering format that lets guests customize one of the menu’s signature pizzas or create one of their own as they walk down the line, choosing from a wide selection of fresh, artisanal toppings – all for $6.95 or less. The generously sized 11” personal pizzas are then sent to a blazing hot open-flame oven—the centerpiece of the restaurant—where dedicated pizzasmiths ensure that the thin-crust pies are “fast-fire’d” in less than three minutes.

To achieve pizza perfection, the company teamed up with critically acclaimed Executive Chef Bradford Kent, owner of Los Angeles' top rated Olio Pizzeria & Café. Blaze Pizza makes its own dough from scratch using a recipe developed by Kent, which requires a 24-hour fermentation period to produce his signature light-as-air, crisp crust. The restaurant uses fresh ingredients ranging from inventive to classic, and its menu also features signature salads, fresh lemonades and house-made S’more Pies. For pizza fans with specific dietary needs, Blaze Pizza offers gluten-free dough and vegan cheese.

To create its “comfortably hip” interior and exterior, Blaze Pizza used urban architectural notes inspired by fire, crafting a casual and current dining environment uniquely suited to the restaurant’s space. In addition to 60+ seats inside, the location features an outdoor patio for summertime dining. Additionally, the restaurant has gone to great lengths to see that its packaging is eco-friendly -- made in the USA from post-consumer recycled and/or sustainable materials.

Blaze Pizza – Novi is looking forward to building strong roots with members of the local community. To that end, the company has developed a turn-key in-restaurant fundraiser program that returns 20% of an event’s proceeds back to local organizations, and hopes to partner with local schools, sports clubs and other local organizations to host fundraising events at the new restaurant.
