Starting Saturday, March 1, 2014 at 9 a.m., Beth leads a 45-minute Pilates class. According to Beth, "Correct form while training is the key to results, and in my opinion an art in itself." Improve your form for the next four Saturdays after that: March 8th, March 15th, March 22nd, and March 29th.
Guru Prem Singh says, "The flower exists in the bud." Start flourishing with a 45-minute yoga class on Sundays,at 9 a.m. lead by instructors from Aura Yoga. JQ Williams teaches the course on March 2nd, March 9th and March 16th. Steph Crochet takes over the last two sessions on March 23rd and March 30th.
