February 5th is National Pancake Day. To help celebrate this holiday, IHOP will be offering a free short stack of buttermilk pancakes to all customers.
Each year, since 2006, IHOP has been giving away free pancakes on National Pancake Day in order to raise funds and awareness for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, as well as for other local charities. Since 2006, IHOP has raised over $10 million through their short stack giveaway.
Free pancakes will be available at participating IHOP locations between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m on Tuesday, Feb. 5th. The location closest to Mountain View is at 4200 Great America Parkway in Santa Clara. For other area locations, see the IHOP website.
In exchange for the free pancakes, IHOP suggests diners leave a donation equal or greater to the cost of the pancakes. This is a great opportunity to enjoy a meal out and use your dollars to help the community.
