Cityscape Bar, high atop the 15th floor of the Holiday Inn Chicago Mart Plaza, will host the second class in a new Mixology 101 demonstration series on Thursday, February 9.

Hosted by Cityscape Bar Mixologist Marshall Carter, the event will feature a discussion on vodkas and guests will learn how to make their own Limoncello. The demo will focus on pre-prep and maintenance and include a discussion on buying amounts for small and large party gatherings. Patrons can also indulge in an assortment of complimentary small bites.

It takes place onThursday, February 9 from 6pm - 7pm. Mixology 101 is free but reservations are required (and limited).
