If you're looking for fun activities this summer to keep your little ones entertained at no-cost to you, then you'll enjoy the free movies showing at the South Broadway Cultural Center. Treat yourself to a free movie shown in the John Lewis Theatre where you can beat the summer heat. Every Wednesday afternoon at 2pm the SBCC will be showing a different kids movie rated G or PG. Titles include A Bugs Life, Despicable Me, The Lorax, Matilda, The Incredibles, Wall-E, The Zookeeper, and Finding Nemo. Scroll to the bottom of their page to see a schedule of dates, times and movie titles as well as other activities taking place at SBCC.

Additionally, you can catch $1 movies at Regal Cinema/United Artist theaters or Cinemark theaters all summer long for promotions. You'll also want to check with your local library to see when they will be screening free children's movies at their locations as well. Each location is showing different movies on various days, including Frankenweenie at Lomas Tramway Library. There are over a dozen libraries to choose from. While visiting their page, be sure to check out their other free activities such as gardening, magic shows, reading to dogs, playing the wii and other free activities your children will enjoy.
