During the month of August, kids in grades K-6 can get free haircuts at JCP (also known as JC Penney). Call 1-855-527-5437 to schedule appointments. The free haircut is a basic wet cut that takes 15 minutes for boys and 20 minutes for girls. No purchase is necessary.
