Rules for all 3 locations
You must know how to swim. Before you go out, you must sign a waiver (one per person - good for the whole season) and put on a life jacket. On the water, you muststay in the designated area, away from the sea walls and the piers. You are expected to return to dock after 20 minutes in case the boat is needed for someone else.
Anyone under 18 requires a a legal guardian present to sign their waiver and remain at dock until the minor returns from the water. Only one child may be in a boat at a time, and there must be a "suitable adult" accompanying anyone under 16.
