The PEERS program at UCLA runs several social groups and research projects. PEERS stands for Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills. Although the program is mostly used with autism spectrum disorders it also a valuable tool for kids with ADHD, anxiety and other socio-emotional difficulties.
Currently PEERS is recruiting middle and high school teens with autism spectrum disorders to test a Virtual Coach Mobile App in combination with social skills training.
