Scrap n’ Art is a scrapbooking, card making and paper crafting e-magazine (eZine). Their eZine is published bi-monthly and distributed via PDF format. Scrap n’ Art provides eco-friendly access to inspiration for paper crafters of all skill levels and interests. They do not publish their magazine in paper format.
