Free Irish book for St. Patrick's Day

Today is St. Patrick’s Day! This is the original ‘Go Green’ day. Luck will be heralded today from the most distant regions of Ireland throughout the entire world.  You will, no doubt find green beverages, green clothing, and maybe even a green hairdo or two.

I don’t subscribe to the chancy idea of luck. I place my faith is something much more substantial than such things. Still, with green being my favorite color, I am looking forward to seeing all the world draped in the nifty shade of Kelly Green.

This day, this St. Patrick’s Day, there is a free book you might want to download.  It is not a Christian in nature and therefore a bit outside the standard list of free books posted here on The Vessel Project.  Still, I wanted to provide a link to it.

As far as I have read, it does not contain any anti-Christian ideas.  It does list some strange and odd legends of the Irish and basically list several unknown facts about Ireland.

Whether you feel lucky today or not, download to your Kindle or NOOK and enjoy this free book for this St. Patrick’s Day:  101 Things You Didn’t Know About Irish History: The People, Places, Culture, and Tradition of the Emerald Isle.
