“Disney Movies Anywhere” is a new free app that is a big step in the Disney dream of helping consumers watch Disney movies on any platform (iOS, Android, perhaps Windows and Chrome too). Through “Disney Movies Anywhere”, users can watch any Disney movies (or Pixar or Marvel) that they purchase or previously bought through iTunes—or from websites like Amazon—or brick and mortar stores like Disney Store. What's more, this free app, which works on iPad and iPod Touch, has free and exclusive Disney, Pixar and Marvel content, including, for a limited time, a free copy of “The Incredibles”.

Apple users are receiving a warning this morning that the security flaw in iOS (the operating system for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch) that was just fixed by Apple recently, also appears in OS X, the operating system of Apple laptop and desktop computers. While iOS is now secure again, iOS X still suffers from this security flaw and users are advised to avoid sensitive connections, like performing online banking, on their Apple laptops and desktops—until Apple issues an update for OS X (probably update 10.9.2, which should be released soon).
