Reiki is a Japanese technique of simple, natural alternative therapy, a deeply relaxing method used for achieving physical, mental and spiritual well being.
This is a two-day lecture, dicussion and practical application for certification. Reiki Levels I and II will be used in the attunement. Reiki is a simple healing technique to learn but it is transferred instead of taught in the usual teaching manner.
One-on-one sessions will be offered by two Reiki Masters on a first come first served basis, you do not need to be there for the whole two hours.
- Melba Black, Reiki Master, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition Counseling, with Master's Degrees in Psychology and Metaphysics. She is certified in all degrees of the Usui Method of Natural Healing, and is a certified Yoga Instructor and has twenty-five years experience in health and wellness.
- Gregg Ward is the founder and owner of Kian Temple Creative Healing Arts and is a natinoally certified Massage Therapist, Reiki Master Cranial Sacral Therapist and Chi Kung Intstructor. Gregg has studied in China and has practiced Chi Kung for over twenty years. He has taught Reiki and Chi Kung for 15 years. Gregg was with a group that administered Reiki at St. Johns Cancer Center in Springfield, Missouri.
