Have you always wanted to learn to skate, but were never able to move that dream to the top of your priority list? Well, now you can, thanks to the Millennium Park McCormick Tribune Ice Rink. February is the month of the skating rink! The Millennium Park McCormick Tribune Ice Rink is offering ice dancing and skating lessons for FREE, and reservations are not required. Saturdays & Sundays, February 6 - 28, you and your family can enjoy thirty minute ice skating lessons. Beginner lessons are held at 8:00 and 9:00am, and intermediate lessons will be at 8:30 & 9:30am. Play fun, interactive games on the ice and learn the basics of ice skating from Ice Reach and Chicago Ice Dance Foundation. These fantastic skating lessons are the perfect family activity for Chicago residents and Chicago visitors of all ages and skill levels.

But wait, that’s not all. There will also be special appearances by the Chicago Wolves' hockey team mascot, Skates, on February 7, 20 and 27; and guests from Radio Disney on February 6 and 13.

Don’t have skates? Not a worry. Rentals are available on site for just $10. No more excuses. Move ice skating to the top of your to do list weekends in February, andcreate a memory for your family that will last throughout the season.
