Free Family Days Activities at Museum Contemporary Art Chicago for 2011 and 2012

Chicagoland parents and kids can enjoy creative fun during free Family Day Activities scheduled to be held at the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago on the second Saturday of each month from November 2011 to May 2012. Each program runs from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and admission is free for families with children ages 12 and under.

Activities during each event include hands-on art projects, Look 'n' Learn stations, and scavenger hunts. Children will visit different areas of MCA to participate in these activities and learn more about art while doing so.

Better yet, each child ages 12 and under can eat for free at Puck's at the MCA with the purchase of a matching adult entree. And after visiting the event, families can stop by the MCA Store to shop its selection of innovative and unique playthings that encourage creativity and a love of style.
