Jagex’s latest release, innovative shooter “Ace of Spades” is releasing some free DLC today. The game combines the ability to build structures with shooter combat. Now the game will have some DLC that invokes the experience of classic Alpha gameplay.
The free DLC will include classic mode for the game that will provide more maps and gameplay features. One of the maps was even designed by the “Ace of Spades” community members. Classic mode enables slower paced games so players can focus on tactics and strategy. There will also be a capture the flag mode to play.
“Ace of Spades” has become one of Steam’s most popular titles. If you haven’t tried it yet the game is currently on sale for $4.99 via Steam.

Classic Specific Class
Deuce Character Class – An updated version of the single character class which featured in the Classic version of the game.
New Maps
5 new battle maps including a community created map.
Traditional Gameplay
In a nostalgic nod to the original game, the Classic Mode DLC brings back classic game modes and the trench warfare theme.
New Strategy Focus
Slower gameplay and maneuverability gives tactical strategists a chance to shine and beat their opponents into submission.
