Chipotle Mexican Grill and Peterson Garden Project, a not-for-profit organization inspiring everyone to grow their own food and community, present Food Patriots, a film featuring people from all walks of life who are changing the way Americans eat and buy food, while educating the next generation of consumers.
Get a free dinner (if you RSVP by Thursday, September 12) during the special preview screening of Food Patriots, a documentary chronicling Jeff & Jennifer Spitz’s fight to transform into “food patriots.” The event will be hosted at Global Garden in Albany Park. Local 5 Rabbit brewery and Tiny But Mighty popcorn will be offering samples during the screening, too.
Dinner takes place Thursday, September 19; from 6 to 7 p.m., (for those who RSVP online by September 12) and the documentary and a Q&A session with filmmakers Jeff and Jennifer Spitz runs from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Bring a chair or blanket to enjoy the outdoor garden event.
