Monday through Friday, from 6 A.M. to 2 P.M., parents are being offered a free cup of coffee at Bennett's Fresh Roast both in Downtown Fort Myers and over on Sanibel Island.

"All summer, we gave kids a free doughnut when they read a book at our shops, so now it's the parents' turn to enjoy a free, fresh roasted cup of coffee with one of our made-from-scratch doughnuts. - Bob Grissinger, owner of Bennett's.

Every parent can have a free 12 ounce coffee with a purchase of a doughnut through the month of September. These are not just normal doughnuts and coffee. The doughnuts are made from scratch every day. The coffee is roasted the day before (not 4 months ago like some other coffee shops).

"Our special pre-infusion brewing process allows us to extract the best flavor from some of the world's best coffee beans. Naturally, some of our bold coffees aren't for the meek. That's why we offer our Colombian Supremo house coffee in a mild brew. - From Bennetts web page.

Bennett's Fresh Roast just celebrated their 6th anniversary in February. It is owned and operated by C. David Bennett (a Wink News personality), Frankie Albano and Anne and Rodger Munroe.

The Downtown location is at 2011 Bayside Parkway. For more information about Bennett's Fresh Roast, check out their web site.
