Free Chinese almond cookies at TL's Four Seasons in April

While many people are familiar with the classic Chinese fortune cookie, it’s usually the message within that gets all the glory rather than the actual cookie. Conversely, the Chinese almond cookie is able to stand on its own and is often thought of as the sweet little surprise at the end of a great meal. This is especially true for the Chinese almond cookies made by Chicago’s Chinatown bakery, Chiu Quon Bakery.
