Free Back-to-School immunization clinic at Warren Central High School this weekend

As part of its efforts to help the Indianapolis area families affected by the new Indiana immunization requirements, the Marion County Health Department will be holding a free Back to School immunization clinic this coming Saturday.

9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.


Location:

Warren Central High School,

9500 East 16th Street,

Indianapolis, IN 46229-2099

(use Door 1, located on the north side of the school)


Parents and guardians should bring vaccination records for any child who will be receiving the free immunizations.


Families with questions about the new immunization requirements or can contact the Marion County Health Department Immunization Program at 317-221-2122.

Unable to attend this free clinic?

A schedule for the Nurse of the Day and weekly immunization clinics provided through the Marion County Health Department district offices is available on the health department’s website. There is a $10 administrative fee for immunizations received at the district offices.
