The Colonnade Art Gallery opening of the monthly themed show
The Colonnade Art Gallery at 2421 E. Colorado Blvd Pasadena, CA 91107 prides itself for being run by artists for artists will hold a monthly themed showing that is free and open to the public. There will be a diverse range of art, which will include photography, ceramics, sculpture, jewelry as well as paintings. This Saturday, October 5, 2013 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. will be the grand opening for the month of October show at the gallery and will run until Sunday, October 27.
Some of the featured artists will be: Debby Prohias, Photographer; Ron Pettie, Oil; and Milton Knight, Cartoonist, with many more artists from other disciplines making this a very fulfilling adventure into fine art.
Manhattan Beach Hometown Fair 2013 in the South Bay
The 41st Annual Manhattan Beach Hometown Fair is being held on October 5-6, 2013. Featuring a wide range of activities in the heart of Manhattan Beach, California, that will include an amateur art exhibit along with continuous entertainment from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday and from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday. Free shuttle service will be available all day Saturday and Sunday from the Northrop/Grumman parking lot.
