Washington DC movie fans have a chance to attend a free advance screening of Need for Speed, starring Aaron Paul, Dominic Cooper, Michael Keaton, and Imogen Poots. Based on the best-selling video game franchise, the high-octane film brings the games' excitement, energy, and open world freedom to the big screen. Paul stars as a mechanic and muscle car racer seeking revenge on the partner who framed him for a crime he didn't commit. The only way to do that is to defeat him in a dangerous high-stakes race known as De Leon.

The screening takes place on Tuesday March 11th at AMC Mazza Gallerie at 7:00pm. To enter, you must first subscribe to the DC Movie Examiner Email Newsletter to receive instant alerts for future advance screenings, movie news, and movie reviews. Send an email with 'Need for Speed' in the subject line to punchdrunktrav@gmail.com with your name and favorite racing movie. 15 winners will be selected Sunday March 9th and provided a link to download passes to the event. Passes are good for the winner plus one guest.

Please bear in mind that passes do not guarantee entry. Seating is first come first served, and the theater will be overbooked to assure full capacity. Attendees will want to arrive at least 60-90 minutes early to assure entry.

Need for Speed hits theaters March 14th.
