Washington DC movie fans can attend a free advance screening of Relativity's Earth to Echo, a fantasy adventure film in the tradition of E.T. and The Goonies. Starring Brian "Astro" Bradley, Teo Halm, and Reese Hartwig, the story follows three friends whose neighborhood is about to be torn down, forcing their families to move away. But on the night before the big move, the boys start receiving weird cell phone messages, eventually tracking the signal to a lost alien named Echo and beginning the greatest adventure of their lives. The film marks the directorial debut of Dave Green and this is the first feature-length performance for much of the young cast.

The screening takes place on Tuesday, July 1st at 7:00pm at AMC Mazza Gallerie. To attend this Relativity screening simply follow this link and download one pair of passes to the event. These are first come, first served and once all of the passes are gone there will not be more available. Earth to Echo opens in theaters on Wednesday, July 2nd.

PLOT: In Relativity's PG summer family adventure movie, Tuck, Munch and Alex are a trio of inseparable friends whose lives are about to change. Their neighborhood is being destroyed by a highway construction project that is forcing their families to move away. But just two days before they must part ways, the boys begin receiving a strange series of signals on their phones. Convinced something bigger is going on, they team up with another school friend, Emma, and set out to look for the source of their phone signals. What they discover is something beyond their wildest imaginations: a small alien who has become stranded on Earth. In need of their help, the four friends come together to protect the alien and help him find his way home. This journey, full of wonder and adventure, is their story, and their secret.
