Free Admission Day - Denver Botanic Gardens

Colorado residents can enjoy a special free day at the Gardens and Denver Botanic Gardens at Chatfield, thanks to funding from the SCFD.

Oasis Family Nights - Woodmen Valley Chapel, Woodmen Heights Campus

Oasis Family Nights is a unique way for your family to refresh in faith and fun. Bring the whole gang as you are engaged with videos, skits and fun characters who will follow a journey that creatively helps them learn more about who God is. After each Oasis, you'll be sent home equipped with tools and ideas for spurring on more conversations with your kids about the virtue that they learned. Oasis is geared for families with kids up to 5th grade, but your whole family is encouraged to attend together, no matter what their age .Make Oasis your monthly family refuge, where you can step away from the hectic schedule of life and refresh your commitment to each other and to God. Optional Pizza Dinner at 5:30 $2 per person

Family Discovery Gallery at the FAC - Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center Main

On the third Tuesday of each month, the Fine Arts Center offers the public free general admission to our galleries. Come explore our first floor galleries featuring six distinct exhibits from the FAC Permanent Collection of American, Native American, and Hispanic art. January’s Public Free Day also includes the amazing NASA | ART exhibitions on the second floor. Free FAC Docent-led are available at 10, 11 a.m.; 1, 2 p.m. Become a member for free museum admission every day. FAC Members get free admission to the Fine Arts Center's first and second floor galleries, as well as discounts on theatre tickets, Bemis School of Art classes, special events and more. Build and Grow Clinic: Tic Tac Toe Game - Lowe's Home Improvement

You can't beat a classic. Bring your child to Lowe's and they can build this great Tic Tac Toe Game. Registration is recommended. The first 50 registered children to arrive will receive kits. Unregistered children will receive kits after registered children. Register by going online to www.lowes.com and look under Build and Grow or call your local Lowes Home Improvement store.

Winter Ducks of the Arkansas - Nature and Raptor Center of Pueblo

Migrating ducks are constantly on the lookout for open water for resting and feeding. We'll learn a little about the ducks of our area and look to see if any have stopped to rest here at the nature center.
