What: Join the Friends of Maryland's Olmsted Parks & Landscapes for “Frederick Law Olmsted: His Legend and His Legacy,” an illustrated talk by Judith Smith. You should know the event will include an illustrated lecture, landscape architect Judith Smith surveys Olmsted’s impact on the history of landscape design, reviews Olmsted’s extraordinary life, and considers the design principles he used to translate his thinking to built form.
