Fratelli’s Authentic Italian Cuisine to host Gnocchi Festival

Teresa Tadeo Wittman, owner and chef at Fratelli's Authentic Italian Cuisine at 10989 Northwest Freeway, will be hosting a Gnocchi Festival each Monday and Tuesday evening all month long from 5 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. for just $7.5 per person. Glasses of house red and white wines are just $3.5 each.

“My little pillows of fluffy potatoes and spinach dumplings are the perfect antipasti for any meal, and certainly enough for a light dinner when paired with a salad and dessert” stated Wittman. “I have created three new sauces that will make your taste buds do the tarantella.”

Here is a look at the Gnocchi Festival Menu:

Choice of:

  1. Tomato Gnocchi: Fresh tomato sauce with basil, onion and garlicover handmade potato gnocchi.
  2. Walnut Gnocchi: Potato and spinach gnocchiin a creamy sauce ofroasted walnuts and shallots.
  3. Creamy Porcini Gnocchi: Porcini mushrooms, shallots and thyme over potato and spinach gnocchi. Baked, and topped with Parmesan cheese.
  4. Gnocchi Gorgonzola: Hand-made potato and spinach gnocchi topped with a creamy Gorgonzola cheese sauce.
