In the 200 individual medley at the Edora Pool Ice Center in Fort Collins, Franklin swam a 1:56.85 to eclipse the previous mark.
Franklin competed and won all four of the events she competed in at the meet. Her school, Regis Jesuit High School, also took home the 5A State Championship.
