Bethenny Frankel has filed for divorce after months of rumors and speculation about the state of her marriage to Jason Hoppy, the father of her daughter Bryn. The couple had previously admitted going through a difficult time in their marriage, and their reality television series began to show some signs of a possible divorce in the future, whether the couple chose to admit it at the time or not. However, the relationship is officially over, and Frankel has filed for divorce, according to a Jan. 5, 2013 report by TMZ.
It seems that Frankel has gone from "Bethenny Getting Married?" to Bethenny getting divorced. The reality television star filed a summons for divorce in a New York court last week.
Bethenny Frankel announced her pregnancy in October 2010. Her marriage to Hoppy was her second. Some people don't realize that in addition to Frankel's reality television career and career as a chef, she has worked as an actress. Frankel appeared in movies in the mid 1990s and on "The Apprentice: Martha Stewart." She also posed naked for PETA.
The PETA ad was prominently displayed near Manhattan's Times Square. The billboard was 58 feet high. The slogan reads: "Fur? I'd Rather go Naked."
