Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy have finally settled their custody dispute. On Wednesday, People shared the news about how they are doing and what they decided. They actually split back in December of 2012 and it took this long to settle the case with their one daughter. Jason and Bethenny even lived together for quite some time after the split.

Jason's lawyer spoke out saying, "My client is delighted that this custody battle has been resolved; that his co-parenting status has been acknowledged; that the parties' child will have the benefit of being raised by both parents; and most importantly, that his daughter will no longer be at the mercy of a high-profile courtroom battle." Their daughter Bryn is now 4-years-old.

Hopefully Jason Hoppy and Bethenny Frankel will be able to find a way to work together for Bryn. They want to do what is best for her and now they are going to have to try to make it work. This custody battle took a long time to solve.
