Frank and the remaining women attended couples' therapy on episode 10 of "Frank the Entertainer in a Basement Affair." After meeting with each of the women, the therapist determined that there isn't too much chemistry between Frank and Melody, whereas there may be too much chemistry with Cathy. The therapist saying that their relationship seemed different made Frank's mother wonder what is going on between the pair.

Before meeting with the women, the therapist met with Frank and his parents first to get a feel for the type of woman Frank would best be suited with.
The therapy session didn't start off great. Frank believes his parents are ridiculous when it comes to house rules and women in his basement. His mother doesn't want their house to become a place where different women are coming and going. The one thing the therapist took from her meeting with the trio was that maybe Frank wasn't with a woman because there wasn't enough room in his life for a woman and his mother.
Here is how the rest of the therapy sessions went:
Melody - Frank brought up that Melody is sometimes too nice for him, but Melody told viewers she has several sides to her, they just haven't all come out, yet. Melody also mentioned that she is a very sexual person who is good with her hands.
Felicia - Frank told the therapist that he trusts Felicia the most out of all the women. Felicia had a hard time getting out what she was trying to say, but the therapist told Felicia she is lovely and seems like a wonderful person.
Dana - During Dana's session, Dana brought up that she feels he isn't aggressive enough with her and is only really aggressive with women who are wrong for him, like Cathy. Frank sort of ignored the comment but also said he really loves a woman who will speak her mind.
Cathy - Cathy and Frank were all over each other during the session. The therapist actually looked really uncomfortable, and the only thing that seem to come up for conversation was that the pair has a great physical connection.
Kerry - Things seemed to be going really well with Kerry until Frank said he felt Kerry would be a good mother to him. Of course, the therapist jumped on that. Frank later brought up that things were moving a little slow physically between Kerry and him, and Kerry said she was waiting to be the last one.
