Fox News was discussing a helicopter crash that occurred in Seattle Washington on Tuesday morning while showing some photos. Fox News included some non-relevant photographs during the news about the helicopter crash, according to a Huffington Post report on Wednesday. Quite unfortunately, the photos that were not related to the news story about the helicopter crash included a photograph of a penis.

Helicopter Crash Kills Two at KOMO-TV

The Fox News error occurred on Fox Denver affiliate KDVR. Allegedly, the photos being put on the television screen were supposed to be photos related to the helicopter crash but the photos being put up from a computer in the control room onto the live television broadcast included the penis shot.

Besides the NSFW (not-safe-for-work) pic, there was a picture of Edward Scissorhands and a picture of food which appeared to be an omelet of sorts.

Obviously, those persons sitting before the cameras knew what happened as their faces – especially the two females on the broadcast – looked shockingly horrified as the penis photo was displayed.

Fox31’s News Director Ed Kosowski admitted that the error occurred and said that the station would be making a public statement. However, he said that the station was not ready to comment about any potential action against employees as it is a personnel matter.
