Can’t make it to the event? Enjoy the patriotic music simulcast on KLIV-AM 1590.) The Rotarians sponsored the program in honor of the organization's centennial.

Expect surrounding city streets to be blocked off to create safety zones. Attendees should plan to arrive and park at least 1 hour prior to dark, and respect residential parking laws. Carpooling and using public transportation is encouraged.

During this current extreme drought, citizens are reminded to obey the law and refrain from setting off any individual fireworks of any kind in Santa Clara County.

Only the city of Gilroy in Santa Clara county allows the sale of “safe and sane fireworks”, and said fireworks must only be used in Gilroy. Even possession of fireworks outside of Gilroy carries steep fines, so enjoy one of the many public fireworks displays.
