The Fourth of July, or Independence Day, is a fun time of year. Most cities plan lots of fun outdoor activities. While enjoying the sun, protect your skin with sunscreen and drink plenty of water.
Plan a relaxing holiday. Here are ways to relax and de-stress on the Fourth of July: Watch fireworks, plan a picnic, surround yourself with supportive friends and family, exercise, watch a parade, relax at the park, enjoy yoga, go swimming, go camping, relax on the beach, attend a Major League Baseball game, enjoy bike riding, go to an amusement park, listen to music, leave haters alone and hang around positive people.
Here are reasons to hang around positive people: they make you smile when you are feeling sad, uplift you when you are feeling down, motivate you to reach your goals, bring out the best in you, encourage you to keep trying, and bring sunshine around on a gloomy day.
