A big event is taking place this week at Wildfire locations throughout Chicago that will benefit the University of Chicago Celiac Disease Center. It is the 4th Annual Gluten-Free Week and each location will have its own special night to host the event. Five custom gluten-free courses will be offered with optional wine pairings. Wildfire's resident gluten-free expert Ruth Hayden will be at each location to share her insight into Wildfire's extensive gluten-free menu and training. Reception is at 6:30pm and dinner is at 7pm at each location. The schedule for the week is as follows:

Lincolnshire Friday 11/8 (sold out but wait list is available)
The cost is $55 without wine pairings, $75 with wine pairings (plus tax and gratuity).
Appetizers include favorites such as Mini Mac and Cheese Muffins, Wild Mushroom Pizza. Entrees include Grilled Faroe Island Salmon, Roasted Garlic Filet Mignon, and for dessert they will be offering their Fudgy Brownie a la Mode.
