KATU news reports a horrific crime involving four teenagers, torture and a promise of drugs and sex. Last Thursday, a grand jury began hearing a case involving three teenager boys and one teenage girl. Authorities charged the teens for torturing a another teenager and carving a swastika into his head with a box cutter.

The victim is a 14-year-old who has been considered a bully by his attackers. Allegedly, the victim referred to someone on Facebook as gay. The teenage girl said she was the “bait” and lured the victim to the shed with a promise of sex and drugs.

Once he arrived, the four teens attacked him with a crowbar, and shot him in the groin, hand, and chest with a BB gun. After torturing the boy, the attackers released their victim after he promised to bring back drugs and a skateboard. The victim ran to an automotive shop where the police were called.
