Find a plan and Stick to it
Consistency is the key to success in most avenues of life. If you train 110 per cent and eat perfect 10 per cent only 10 per cent of the times you'll still only get 10 per cent results. For the best results commit yourself and get 100 per cent results.

Less is More
A lot of the time people try and go too hard, too fast. The biggest causes of failure are cutting calories to an unachievable amount, overtraining and not allowing the body to recover. This typically results in an overload of stress that can heavily prevent weight loss. If your body is comfortable and not stressed it will act the way you want. If you over work your body and neglect to give it the proper recovery time that it needs you will not get the desired results.

Be patient and be Smart
Nothing worth having is ever easily achieved and such is the case when trying to change the look of your body. It takes time to adapt new healthier lifestyle patterns and it will also take time to reap the rewards. Let’s be honest it didn’t take two weeks to develop bad habits or that muffin top. So give yourself a break and you will see results if you stick to it.

Don't let other People Bring you Down
As a matter of practice do not allow anyone or your inner negative voice to sway you. If you constantly change what you are doing your body is always playing catch up. If you do the right thing, one way, all the time you will constantly see progress.
