Four Seasons SFO uncorks a new age of wine ordering

If you are one of the many Angelenos who commute back and forth to San Francisco on a regular basis, of if you're just planning a trip to the City by the Bay, be sure include Seasons Restaurant at the Four Seasons in your plans, and prepare yourself for a fine meal served with a unique wine twist.

The classic, upscale hotel has uncorked a new age in wine ordering by listing glasses and bottles on an iPad presented to you at the table.

While the art of winemaking dates back to  7,000 B.C or earlier, the Four Seaons has taken it to the  21st century with this new tech-driven wine list that uses  the state-of-the-art SmartCellar application that allows wine lovers to enjoy an interactive experience with their favorite vintners.

Craving Chardonnay or prefer a Pinot? The iPad allows you to sort each wine by name, region, vintage or price. Once you’ve narrowed down your choices, direct any questions to Seaons's sommeliers to ensure you’ve made the perfect pick.
