1. EATING LESS FOOD MEANS YOU WILL LOSE FAT.
Myth. Huge myth. YOU WILL LOSE POUNDS THAT ARE MADE UP OF WATER AND MUSCLE NOT FAT. Your body needs consistent nutrients to keep your sugar level balanced. This is why the Medifast diet works.

2. YOU CAN SPOT REDUCE. (TARGET ONE AREA OR CERTAIN AREAS OF YOUR BODY FOR FAT LOSS)
Myth. Another huge myth. FAT COMES OFF YOUR BODY IN SHEETS WHICH MEANS A LITTLE FROM HERE AND A LITTLE FROM THERE. SO EXERCISING ONLY YOUR BELLY CAN REMOVE FAT FROM THE BACK OF YOUR THIGHSAND YOUR FACE EVEN THOUGH SOME WILL BE BELLY FAT.

3. DRINKING SODA IS FINE IF ITS DIET SINCE IT DOESN’T HAVE CALORIES
Another myth. DIET SODA DEHYDRATES YOU AND YOU NEED AS MUCH WATER IN YOU TO FLUSH TOXINS OUT YOUR BODY. WATER ALSO HELPS IN FAT LOSS. (CAFFEINE ALSO DEHYDRATES YOU BUT INCREASES YOUR CALORIC BURNRATE) Is diet soda better than regular soda. Of course. But these sweetners – like aspartame – are not as healthy as water. Go get some low calorie flavor packets.

4. YOU CAN LOSE AS MUCH WEIGHT AS YOU WANT TO AS FAST AS YOU WANT TO ON A CRASH DIET.
Well, true, but the negatives of this type diet far outweigh the benefits. Be sensible about your dieting.
